Permitted Use of the Website

• Security Rule : Visitors are forbidden from breaching or attempting to breach the App’s security, including, but not limited to, (1) obtaining information not meant by the user or logging into any server or account that the user is not permitted to access, (2) attempting to obtain, look, or examine the functionality of a system or network or trying to violate privacy or authentication measures with no proper authorization, and (3) trying to interfere with services by harming a consumer, host, or system, including, but not limited to, transmitting a virus, crashing, mailbombing, flooding, or (4) sending an unsolicited email that contains advertisements and/or promotions for goods or services. System or network security violations could lead to legal or criminal responsibility. The seller, along with its affiliated organizations, will have the authority to investigate events that they suspect of resulting in such breaches and to entangle and aid law enforcement agencies in punishing users who participated in these violations.
• General Rules : Buyer is not permitted to use the App to broadcast, share, store, or damage any content that: (a) might involve or allow behaviour that may be regarded illegal or violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) could breach the copyright, trademark rights, trade secret, or additional intellectual property rights of the Seller; (c) will violate the Seller’s rights of privacy and publicity; or (d) is libellous, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

Indemnity

The buyer independently agrees to defend and hold the seller, as well as its managers, directors, officers, employees, along with agents, against and from all claims, liabilities, damage, demands, and losses of any kind resulting from or related to their use of the application, or their violation of the terms and conditions.

Liability

The buyer acknowledges as well as conforms that neither the seller nor any of its affiliated companies, officers, directors, or employees will be held accountable for any of the following: direct, indirect, accidental, special, major, or other types of damages caused by the use of, or incapability to use, the product or service, or from the cost of acquiring substitute goods and/or services, or resulting from any products, information, data, or services gathered through the purchase of such goods, data, information, or services include, but not limited to, damages for lost revenue, usage, data, or other intangibles, even when the seller was made aware of the risk of such losses.

The buyer also states that regardless of whether the delay, suspension, or cancellation of service was necessary or not, negligent or intentional, either way, the seller will not be deemed responsible or accountable for any deteriorations, such as but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and/or extraordinary damages.

The buyer comprehends that the seller will not be held accountable or responsible to the buyer or anyone else for any statements made by or actions taken by any third party using the service. In conclusion, the sum payable by the buyer to the seller, if any, that’s related to the cause of action shall in no circumstance surpass the Seller’s entire commitment to the buyer for all losses, damages, as well as causes of actions.

Closecall.in is owned by Closecall, a unit of Enterslice. All rights, titles, and interests in and to the materials provided on this website, including but not limited to information, documents, sounds, logos, graphics, and images, are owned by Closecall.
