The cancellation process is not permitted after the order has been dispatched. After they receive the item, they can still return it for a refund.Instances in which the consumer receives a faulty or damaged product are likewise covered by the Closecall Cancellation and Refund Policy. Within 24 hours of obtaining the product, the customer must get in touch with Closecall’s customer service team in such circumstances. Once they get the item, the customer service team will make arrangements for a return pickup and start the refund procedure.

Cancellation Policy

Closecall recognizes the value of a flexible refund and cancellation policy. Customers will have a hassle-free cancellation and refund process.

If a customer strives to cancel an order, they must get in touch with Closecall`s customer service team by phone or email. The cancellation process will be started after the customer support team confirms the order details. Within 7 to 10 business days time frame, the refund will be completed, and the money will be paid back to the customer`s original payment method.

The reimbursement will be issued in the same form of payment that we received it in; therefore, in the event of payment: If you are all set for your purchase using a credit card, your refund will be applied to the same credit card. If you paid by the payment gateway, your bank account would get a refund; if you paid by cheque or demand deposit, a crossed cheque in your favour will be used as payment.

Extension of Services

If you wish to extend the service or renew it, a request for the same must be sent before the validity period ends. Renewal is not automatic, and a request has to be submitted. Please be aware that renewal is possible if payment is sent beforehand and is recognized by our Company.

The services for the following renewal/service period will not be provided if the inquiry for renewal is submitted later than three business days before the termination of the present contract/service period.

However, upon receiving your request and the required Service Charges, the Contract will be extended in 3 working days.
